I had a mixed experience at Kimpton Hotel Eventi. While the location was fantastic and the staff was genuinely kind, the check-in process was chaotic, and my suite felt worn out and in need of a refresh. The complimentary wine hour and coffee are nice touches, but I left feeling underwhelmed overall.

Rooms

The suite I stayed in was spacious, but the furniture was nicked up and the couch uncomfortable. The bathroom had plastic cups instead of glasses, which felt cheap for the price point.

The staff were friendly and genuinely tried to assist, but the check-in wait was unacceptable, especially at 4:45 PM when my room wasn't ready.

The breakfast buffet seemed overpriced and didn't look appetizing, so I chose to eat elsewhere. However, the free coffee in the lobby was a nice perk.

The amenities like the gym and the rooftop terrace were enjoyable, but I really missed having a coffee pot in the room.

The staff were incredibly helpful and there was a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout my visit. However, I did find the noise from 6th Avenue to be quite disruptive at times. Overall, it’s a beautiful hotel worth considering for anyone looking to enjoy the charm of NYC. 😊

The location was fantastic, allowing easy access to key attractions in the city, and the views from my room of the Empire State Building were truly amazing. However, I encountered several issues with the room size and amenities that detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay. Overall, the excellent service from the staff partially made up for the downsides, but I still believe there is room for improvement.

The location is fantastic, allowing me to easily explore Midtown attractions, though I did encounter some noise challenges from the streets and plumbing. Overall, the hotel balanced comfort with boutique charm, making my experience enjoyable despite a few hiccups.
